Dimi joined the firm in mid 2007.

His main areas of practice are:-

General Commercial and Business Law
Acting for Vendors and Purchasers in the sale and purchase of all types of business, including Licensed Hotels & Restaurants, Aged Care Facilities, Travel Agencies, Take Away Food Shop and Café’s .
Preparation and advice on shareholder unit holder and partnership agreements and advice on shareholder unit holder and partnership disputes.
Advice on domestic building contracts and domestic building disputes, acting for both builders and owners.
Commercial litigation and dispute resolution.
Property transactions including conveyancing, subdivisions etc.
Planning Applications & VCAT appeals

Dimi also has a keen interest in soccer and currently holds the position of Treasurer with the Boroondara Eagles Football Club he has also been a player and coach with the club at various levels. Through his involvement with the club he has gained experience in club mergers and liquor licence applications and general sporting club operations.
